Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited (MPPGCL) has invited applications for one-year ITI Trade Apprentice training under the Apprentices Act 1961 at 2x45 MW Rani Avanti Bai Sagar Hydro Power House, Bargi Nagar, Jabalpur.
Total 10 vacancies are available in Electrician, Fitter, Diesel Mechanic and Welder trades for permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh.\
1. Short Description
MPPGCL Bargi Nagar is recruiting ITI Apprentices for one-year training. Online applications are invited till 30 October 2026. Selection will be based on merit of ITI marks. Stipend of ₹10,560 or ₹11,040 per month will be paid as per government norms.
2. Recruitment Overview
This recruitment is for Trade Apprentice (one year) under Apprentice Act 1961. Vacancies are reserved as per Madhya Pradesh government rules. Only Madhya Pradesh permanent residents can apply. Preference will be given to residents of Jabalpur district. There is no obligation for employment after completion of training.

4. Qualification Eligibility
ITI (NCVT/SCVT) passed in relevant trade from Government or Private Industrial Training Institutes as per government rules.
Candidate should not have been previously registered for apprenticeship in any establishment.
Candidate can apply in only one trade.
5. Age Limit
Minimum age: 18 years as on 01.07.2026.
Maximum age: 27 years for General category.
Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and 10 years for Persons with Disability.
6. Salary and Facilities
Stipend:
- ITI (NCVT/SCVT) one-year course: ₹10,560 per month
- ITI (NCVT/SCVT) two-year course: ₹11,040 per month
No other allowances or benefits will be payable.
Candidates have to arrange their own accommodation. Company accommodation may be provided if available on payment of prescribed charges.
13 days casual leave and optional leave along with weekly off during training period.

- In case of equal marks, higher age candidate will get preference
