10th / 12th / ITI. Work involves production line operation and safety compliance. Open for All Trade.
Hindalco Industries Limited (NAPS Trainee):
ITI. Eligible ITI Trades – Fitter, Turner, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist, Welder.
Subros Ltd. (Production / Machine Operator):
ITI. Any Trade. Experience: Fresher – 0 years.
Global Autotech Ltd (NAPS Trainee):
ITI – Any Trade (apart from COPA), 12th Pass (Fresher). Diploma – Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, or Production (passed out within the last 4 years). Experience: Freshers only.

6. Salary and Facilities
Ashok Leyland:
Salary – 10th & 12th Pass candidates CTC: ₹15,008/- Month. In-Hand (After PF, ESIC & canteen deduction): ₹12,611/- per month.
ITI (Fresher) & 10th/12th Pass with 2 years’ experience (Automobile industry) CTC: ₹16,366/- per month. In-Hand (After PF, ESIC & canteen deduction): ₹14,032/- per month.
Other Salary Details – ITI with 1–2 year’s Experience (Automobile industry) & 10th/12th Pass with 4 years’ experience CTC: ₹18,830/- Month. In-Hand (After PF, ESIC & canteen deduction): ₹16,261/- Month.
ITI (Painter, Denter, Welder, Electrician, Mechanic, Drivers with HCV License) – Highly Skilled CTC: ₹19,232/- Month. In-Hand (After PF, ESIC & canteen deduction): ₹16,660/- Month.
Facilities: 1 pair of safety shoes, 2 trousers and 2 t-shirts will be provided. Shift Timings – Shift A: 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM, Shift B: 02:30 PM – 11:30 PM, Shift C: 11:30 PM – 06:30 AM.

Salary Structure – Diploma: Stipend: ₹15,000/- + Attendance Reward: ₹500/-.
