CPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026-27 – Trade, Technician and Graduate Apprentice Apply Online

Short Description
Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) is inviting applications for Trade Apprentice, Technician Apprentice and Graduate Apprentice posts under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 can apply. Stipend ranges from Rs. 4,800 to Rs. 12,300 per month depending on the trade. Last date to apply is 12th October 2026.
Recruitment Overview
CPCL is a Navratna company and a group company of Indian Oil Corporation. This apprenticeship engagement is part of skill building initiative. Selection will be done purely on the basis of merit list prepared from the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. There is no written test or interview. Candidates must register on NAPS or NATS portal with 100% profile completion before applying.

Candidates must have secured minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) in the qualifying examination. Only those who passed in 2022 to 2026 are eligible. Candidates awaiting results or who have worked elsewhere for one year or more are not eligible.
Age Limit
Minimum age 18 years and maximum age 26 years as on 01st October 2026. Age relaxation will be given as per Presidential Directives on Reservation.
Salary and Facilities
Stipend will be paid as mentioned in the table above. For apprentices engaged under NATS, 50% of the total stipend will be paid by the Government through Direct Beneficiary Transfer (DBT). Candidates applying under NATS must have an active Aadhaar-seeded and DBT-enabled bank account.
Selection Process
Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the merit list prepared from the percentage of marks obtained in the essential qualification of the respective trade. No written examination or interview will be conducted.
