Junior Engineer – Production (DCS)
- Qualification: Diploma in Chemical / M.Sc / B.Sc Chemistry
- Experience: 4 to 7 years in Batch and Continuous Chemical Plant only
- Exposure to Batch and continuous process plant operations is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in handling Distillation Columns and multiple reactors.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with good knowledge of various types of pumps, valves and other field operation activities.
- Good understanding of Work Permit System and safety procedures.
- DCS (Distributed Control System) exposure is mandatory.
Technician – Production (Polymer Plant)
- Qualification: Regular ITI AOCP
- Experience: 4 to 6 years in Batch Polymer and Pharma industry only
- Candidate must have hands-on experience of Distillation Column, multiple reactors handling, troubleshooting, knowledge of various pumps and valves and other field activity, work permit system etc.
Senior Executive | Junior Engineer – Mechanical
- Senior Executive: B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical (3 to 9 years)
- Junior Engineer: Diploma – Mechanical (3 to 6 years)
- Experience in Chemical, Specialty Chemical or Fluoropolymers industry.
- Knowledge of equipment such as Extruder, Spin flash dryer, Fluidized bed dryers, Air jet mills, Glass lined equipment, RCVD, Screw conveyor, belt conveyor, bucket elevator, Reciprocating compressors, Rotary equipment's, Reactors, ANF, Dryer, Ejector, ATFD, Blower, Heat Exchanger, Axial flow Pumps, Graphite equipment, Vacuum pumps, metering, canned motor, magnetic pumps and Mechanical seal etc.
Senior Executive | Junior Engineer | Technician – Instrumentation
- Senior Executive: B.E / B.Tech – Instrumentation (3 to 8 years)
- Junior Engineer: Diploma – Instrumentation, Electronic & Telecommunication (8 to 15 years of experience); BSc – Physics (Fresher to 2.5 years)
- Technician: ITI – IMCP (3 to 6 years)
- Experience in Chemical, Specialty Chemical or Fluoropolymers industry.
- Candidates should have proven experience in Testing, Calibration, Troubleshooting and Performance Analysis of industrial instruments, with expertise in Flow Meters, Gauges, Valves, Transmitters, analysers and Weighing Systems.
- Strong knowledge of DCS and Foundation Fieldbus will be considered an added advantage.
