- Proficient in the operation and maintenance of water systems.
- Perform corrective actions and related activities for breakdown maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
- Execute preventive maintenance plans for all equipment to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
- Operate and monitor utility systems, including AHU, EMS, BMS, air compressors and dryers, water chillers, brine chillers and hot water systems.
- Manage the operation of electrical infrastructure such as VCB, transformers, PCC panels, MCC panels and diesel generators.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, calibration, qualification and building maintenance of equipment as per instructions from superiors and established SOPs.
