6. Salary and Facilities
Ashok Leyland (Production Operator)
- 10th and 12th Pass candidates: CTC ₹15,008 per month. In-hand (after PF, ESIC and canteen deduction) ₹12,611 per month.
- ITI (Fresher) and 10th/12th Pass with 2 years' experience (Automobile industry): CTC ₹16,366 per month. In-hand ₹14,032 per month.
- ITI with 1–2 years' experience (Automobile industry) and 10th/12th Pass with 4 years' experience (Automobile industry): CTC ₹18,830 per month. In-hand ₹16,261 per month.
- ITI (Painter, Denter, Welder, Electrician, Mechanic, Drivers with HCV License) – Highly Skilled: CTC ₹19,232 per month. In-hand ₹16,660 per month.
- Facilities: 1 pair of safety shoes, 2 trousers and 2 T-shirts will be provided. Canteen facility available at subsidised rate.
- Shift Timings: Shift A: 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM, Shift B: 02:30 PM – 11:30 PM, Shift C: 11:30 PM – 06:30 AM.

Hindalco Industries Limited (NAPS Trainee)
- Monthly Stipend (ITI): ₹12,500 per month, of which ₹11,000 is from the company and ₹1,500 is from the Government of India (under NAPS Scheme).
- Facilities: Subsidised canteen facility, opportunity for apprenticeship with India's leading aluminium company, excellent industrial training and learning environment, and opportunity to work with experienced experts.
Subros Ltd. (Production / Machine Operator)
- Stipend: ₹14,998 – ₹15,000 per month in hand.
- Meal: One-time meal, only ₹14 deducted.
- Overtime: ₹125 per hour (as per company production).
- Other Benefits: PF, ESIC, bonus and other benefits. Transport facility is available, with a bus deduction of ₹300 per month (if using company transport facility).
- Roles and Responsibilities: Production work and machine operation, following company rules and quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and discipline at the work area, and working with the team to achieve company goals.
Global Autotech Ltd (NAPS Trainee)
- Diploma: Stipend ₹15,000 plus Attendance Reward ₹500. Total in-hand stipend ₹15,500.
- 12th Pass and ITI: Stipend ₹13,000 plus DBT ₹1,500 plus Attendance Reward ₹500. Total ₹15,000 (including DBT ₹1,500).
- Food: ₹14 per day (Lunch, Breakfast and Tea are free).
- Transport: ₹700 monthly (fixed route).
- Uniform: Shoes and lab coat provided free.
- Leaves: 12 Casual Leaves annually.
7. Selection Process
- Candidates must register before coming to the drive, using the registration link or QR code given on the poster.
- Candidates must attend the campus placement drive at Government ITI, Tandi Sadak, Farrukhabad on 16.10.2026 at 10:00 AM.
- All documents must be carried at the time of the interview.
