4. Qualification Eligibility
Preferred qualifications are:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering
- Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
- ITI Electrician with good computer skills
- Diploma in Civil/Surveying with strong technical aptitude may also be considered

6. Salary and Facilities
Salary: ₹15,000 – 20,000 per month (based on technical aptitude and assessment)
Training Period: 6 Months

During the 6-month structured Training & Development Period, candidates will receive practical training and hands-on exposure to power infrastructure fundamentals, transmission line and electrical asset components, defect identification, drone-based visual inspection, Visual, Thermal and LiDAR inspection data, inspection and annotation standards, quality control procedures and project workflows.
Performance-based growth opportunities are available toward roles such as Senior Inspection Associate, Quality/Inspection Specialist, Inspection Team Lead and Inspection Manager.
7. Selection Process in Points
- HR Telephonic Round
- 5 Minute Inspection Aptitude Test (identify infrastructure electrical components, name the component, spot defects, etc.)
- Computer-Based Test
- Final Interview
The selection process is designed to assess both technical aptitude and basic computer skills.
Evaluation during training is based on learning ability, technical understanding, accuracy, productivity, discipline, consistency and overall performance.
