Qualification Eligibility
Candidates must have passed ITI from a recognized institute in any of the following trades:
- Motor Mechanic Vehicle (MMV)
- Diesel Mechanic

- Electrician

- Painter
- Wireman
- Sheet Metal Worker

Academic Criteria:
- Minimum 40% marks in Class 10th.
- Minimum 50% marks in ITI.
- Candidates should be physically fit.
- No major physical disability or deformity.
- BMI should be within the acceptable company standards.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 26 Years
Candidates should fall within the prescribed age limit at the time of joining.
Salary and Facilities
FTC (Fixed Term Contract):
- Monthly CTC: ₹28,300/-
- Annual statutory bonus as per company policy.
- Contract duration: 36 Months.
Apprentice Program:
- Monthly Stipend: ₹21,200/-
- Training duration: 12 Months.
