Salary and Facilities

Fixed Salary - ₹13,690 per month

Attendance Allowance - ₹750 (for completing 26 working days)

Soldering Work Bonus - ₹500

Overtime Pay - ₹132 per hour (up to ₹6,864 extra)

Total Monthly Salary (Approx.) - 21,804
