Havells India Ltd is organizing a campus recruitment drive for Apprentice (ITI/Diploma) positions at Government ITI Badaun on 16 April 2026.
Selected candidates will undergo apprenticeship training at the company's Haridwar plant in Uttarakhand under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) / National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
The monthly stipend ranges from ₹13,500 to ₹15,000, along with several additional benefits.

Candidates must have passed ITI or Diploma in the following relevant trades
Technical Trades
1. Electrician

5. RAC (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)
6. Sheet Metal
7. PPO
8. Wireman
9. EPD
10. Mechanic Consumer
11. Instrument Mechanic
12. Machinist & Electronics Mechanic
13. MMV / MDE
14. Mechanical
Minimum Qualification:- ITI / Diploma Pass-Out (any recognized institute)
Both Male and Female candidates can apply.
Age Limit
Age Limit:- 18 to 26 years (as on the date of drive)
Candidates within this age bracket are eligible to participate in the campus placement drive.
Gender:- Male and Female both eligible.
Salary and Facilities
Stipend: ₹13,500 – ₹15,000 per month.

Selection Process
The selection will be done through a Campus Placement Drive at Government ITI Badaun.
1. Screening of documents and eligibility
Written test / Trade test (if required)
2..Personal interview
3. Final selection will be based on performance in the test and interview.
4.Selected candidates will be offered apprenticeship under the NAPS/NATS scheme.
Note:- ITI final-year students appearing for exams in 2026 can also participate as per the notice.
